La farmacia dei servizi: un’analisi della normativa nazionale e regionale

Il capitolo ricostruisce l’evoluzione della farmacia dei servizi dalla l. n. 69 del 2009 agli interventi più recenti, evidenziandone il progressivo consolidamento nel SSN. L’analisi definisce contenuti, limiti e natura giuridica delle prestazioni, escludendone l’assimilazione alle attività sanitarie in senso stretto, e ne esamina l’attuazione nel livello regionale, con riferimento all’esperienza umbra, quale espressione delle modalità di integrazione del modello nella rete territoriale.

The chapter traces the development of the Pharmacy of Services model from Law No. 69 of 2009 to the most recent reforms, highlighting its gradual consolidation within the National Health Service (NHS). The analysis defines the scope, limits, and legal nature of the services provided, excluding their classification as healthcare activities in the strict sense, and examines their implementation at the regional level, with particular reference to the experience of the Umbria region, as an example of how the model has been integrated into the territorial healthcare network.
