Opinione e valutazione del/della farmacista dipendente sull’erogazione dei servizi

Il capitolo esamina la percezione dei farmacisti collaboratori umbri sulla Farmacia dei Servizi. Le risposte suggeriscono che l’ampliamento dei servizi sanitari è positivo sia per gli utenti/pazienti che per le comunità locali (migliore accesso all’assistenza sanitaria e ridotti tempi di attesa). Strutture e attrezzature sono adeguate. Aspetti negativi sono: carenza di personale e riconoscimento professionale inadeguato. Legittimazione del ruolo sanitario e remunerazione adeguata sono necessari.
This chapter examines the perceptions of employed pharmacists in the Umbria region about the Pharmacy of Services framework. The responses suggest that the enlargement of the pharmacy health services has positive impact on both users/patients and local communities by improving access to healthcare and reducing waiting times. Facilities and equipment are adequate. Negative aspects were: staff shortages and not sufficient professional grade. Greater recognition of sanitary role and appropriate remuneration are necessary.
