Politique d’inclusion dans l’enseignement supérieur. Individualisation des parcours et reconnaissance de la personne
Sinossi
Abstract
In an era focused on implementing an inclusive society, the sphere of higher education is no exception to the requirement of offering the same opportunities for schooling and further studies. This involves increasingly individualized support to address the specific challenges faced by students. The ethical dimension of this approach bestows upon it the dignity of a value that must be promoted, yet it also needs to be critically examined to avoid the risk of deviating beyond acceptable limits. Inclusion must, above all, enable the recognition of the unique and inherent nature of the human person, rather than reducing it to a matter of regulations or the letter of the law. The expectations placed upon this concept of inclusion are immense, and perhaps overly burdensome: presented as the antithesis of exclusion, it is often held up as the sole solution to what is associated with rejection.
